Immediate Steps After Missing Your Flight

Whether the airline changes your ticket, charges a fee or refuses depends on its own rules, your fare and the reason for the miss. A visa problem is usually treated as a passenger-side issue, so do not assume compensation. Travel insurance may cover it, so check your policy. Having your approved eVisa ready makes any rebooking conversation simpler, and the earlier you contact the airline the more options you usually have.

If we miss the timeframe of the speed-up service you paid for, you get a 100% refund of the service fee. Approval itself is the government's decision and cannot be guaranteed.

How fast can I get a new eVisa?+
From 30-60 minutes ($215) to 1 day ($110) for a new application, government fee included, on weekdays during Vietnamese government hours. The Weekend/Holiday service is $230. If you already applied, speed-up fees are $70 to $210.
Can I get an eVisa on a weekend or holiday?+
Yes, through the Weekend/Holiday service ($230): apply and pay before 15:00 Vietnam time for delivery before 18:00 the same day. For speed-up of an existing application it is $210.
Is approval guaranteed?+
