Our Urgent Options in Detail
For flights that are immediate. Check that your passport details, arrival date and photo are correct first: with this little time there is almost no room to fix a mistake.
30-60 minute guide →For same-day travel when you have a little breathing room. Applying early in the Vietnam business day gives the most comfortable timeline.
5-hour guide →The best value for departures within 24 hours. Apply tonight and have your eVisa before tomorrow's check-in.
Same-day guide →The government portal is closed on weekends and holidays. Apply and pay before 15:00 Vietnam time for delivery before 18:00 the same day.
Weekend service guide →Vietnamese Business Hours Decide the Timeline
Final approvals come from the Vietnamese government, which works Monday to Friday, 8:00-11:30 and 13:30-18:00 Vietnam time (GMT+7). The weekday urgent tiers run within those hours; the Weekend/Holiday service covers days when the government is closed. If your flight falls outside these windows, message us on WhatsApp before paying with your exact flight time. Our support is 24/7, and we'll tell you honestly what is realistic instead of promising something we can't deliver.
Don't submit a second application — two applications with slightly different details can delay both. Keep your reference code (format E260720USA...) and the email you registered with, message us on WhatsApp and choose SPEED UP. Because you've already paid the $25 government fee, you only pay the speed-up fee. Check your status any time at evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search.
Common Reasons for Emergency Processing
- Forgotten or late application: the trip came up faster than the standard 4-6 days.
- Delayed approval: the government hasn't responded and the flight is close.
- Wrong details: an incorrect passport number, entry date or personal information. You can wait 3-5 days for the government to ask you to correct it (in some cases an eVisa is issued with wrong details and can't be used), use our $85 error-correction service, or choose an urgent tier, where we re-check the whole application and ask the government to reopen it if needed.
- Photo problems: an unclear or non-compliant photo. See our photo guide.
What to Prepare
- ☑ Passport photo page, valid at least 6 months beyond your planned exit date
- ☑ Passport-style portrait photo, white background, face forward
- ☑ Flight details and your Vietnam arrival date
- ☑ Your application reference code, if you've already applied
- ☑ An email you can open on your phone, plus WhatsApp
- ☑ A separate application for each traveller, including children — a child can't be attached to a parent's application
