What Is Super Urgent Vietnam Visa Processing?
This is the fastest visa service available for Australian citizens who need to enter Vietnam within hours — not the standard 4-6 working days. It's designed for:
- Travelers already at the airport
- Passengers whose flight is departing soon
- Business travelers requiring same-day entry
- Tourists with last-minute travel needs
- Anyone whose visa is missing, expired, or was previously rejected
Who Needs This Service?
Travelers Already at the Airport
If you're at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth airport and airline staff ask for your Vietnam visa, the 30-60 minute or 1.5-hour tier is what you need.
Flight Departing in a Few Hours
If your departure is within 3-6 hours, the 2.5-hour or 5-hour tier is a good, more economical fit.
Business or Official Travel Requiring Same-Day Approval
Professionals often need urgent entry for meetings, conferences, or site visits.
Forgot to Apply Earlier
Many travelers only discover the visa requirement at check-in.
Rejected or Incorrect Earlier Applications
We can review what went wrong on a rejected file and resubmit a corrected version under an urgent tier.
Processing Times and Fees (2026)

Available 24/7, including weekends and Vietnamese public holidays via the dedicated Weekend/Holiday tier ($230 USD). Refund guarantee: if delivery misses your committed timeframe, the processing fee is refunded 100%.
